MICROSOFT OPEN VOLUME LICENSE AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between Microsoft Corporation (“Microsoft”) and the Licensee, hereinafter referred to as “the Parties.”
WHEREAS, the Licensee desires to obtain certain Microsoft software licenses, and Microsoft desires to grant such licenses to the Licensee, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises contained herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows:
